We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our remote team and lead our projects towards maximum productivity. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. Foster a collaborative environment where diverse viewpoints are encouraged and respected. Help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity by ensuring that all practices are followed and goals are achieved. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the blockers. Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Ensure the correct use of scrum processes. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management. Assist in the development of team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership capabilities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar qualification preferred. Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least three years in a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
